Capture troubleshooting

Symptom	Likely cause	Fix
Capture is not searchable	It is still staged, waiting for automatic consolidation, or waiting for review.	Wait for the background run, then review pending items.
Consolidation publishes nothing	The model found no durable memory or sent items to review.	Open Command Centre Team > Memories.
Client capture is denied	A Team Member does not have `write` access to that client.	Ask a user with Full access for a `write` client grant. Full access already includes implicit write access.
System capture is denied	Shared system capture needs explicit admin setup.	Use team or client capture for normal Team OS sessions.

Run npm run memory:consolidate only when you need to catch up manually.
